Studio skills

Studio skills are installed across the organisation for everyone's daily work, distinct from the product lifecycle skills in how they install and who they serve.

Studio skills are for everyone at Made by Many, whatever their discipline: installed across the organisation, used in daily work, and nothing to do with running a delivery. They carry the mxs- prefix so the organisation-wide list never looks like delivery tooling to people who never touch delivery.

Built today: capturing what work taught us, slides and positions. Several more have been asked for and do not exist yet, and they are listed below as in progress rather than pretended into existence. That is both the honest marking and a standing invitation: if there is something you reach for weekly that an agent should carry, say so, and the skill-sharing sessions are where these get made.

Studio skills are held to the same standard as the product lifecycle skills: they add what the model does not already know, and nothing else. What that standard is, and why it matters, is set out in what makes a good agentic skill.

    Attacks our own thinking. It interrogates the strategic argument and the win themes; plays the client, reading a proposal back as they would and finding the gaps; and plays the competitor. The fuller version is a per-client model fed on all our comms with them.
