Judgement stays with people
Output stopped being scarce and judgement did not. A person decides what to make, whether it is good and whether it ships. Agents produce, and none of those decisions got faster.
AI takes people further, not their place
Producing got cheap, so the question stopped being what we can afford to make and became what we are capable of making. A person with agents reaches past their own craft, and the work gets more ambitious rather than merely cheaper.
Humans and machines learn and grow together
Humans and machines learn from the same mistakes. What a project teaches changes the skills, the positions or the learning programme, so the next project starts from more than the last one did.
Governance is how the work is made, not a document about it
Before an agent acts, someone is named. Before anything ships, someone has read it. If it goes wrong tomorrow, we can say who.
